RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY
PACHA DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURN/REFUND.
In case of receiving defected product, you have the right to replace your defected product you have purchased directly from our website / Instagram account within 7 days of receiving it.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our address noted in the invoice for a replacement to be made.
Kindly note that PACHA will be subject for the shipping expenses in replacement this package to us.
PACHA does not take responsibility for any items lost during the replacement shipping.
Warranty term: One year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, dial, hands).
Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use your invoice. Consumers should contact PACHA via e-mail to get an address to send the goods to, you also need to specify your name, address, attached invoice and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail.
Replacement shipping is paid by PACHA.
If PACHA cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set.
Your product must be replaced with equivalent products. If the product has been discontinued, PACHA has the right to replace the defected product with another one of the customer choice, it must be with the equivalent price of the invoice purchase. PACHA will notify the customer of a replacement with the products of the same or equivalent prices.
If the customer has bought the product discounted, the replacement of the product will be on the product original price.
Note that replacements will not be applicable in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
– Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, fallen crystal, broken SWAROVSKI® crystal, fallen SWAROVSKI® crystal, etc.)
– Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
– Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
– Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)
– In case of lost on the warranty invoice.
– If the warranty invoice is not submitted along with the watch.
– Broken buckle
– No battery even during the warranty term.
Once we have received your order, attached invoice with your order serves as warranty date & proof of purchase.
You may pay with either credit, debit cards or cash on delivery.
PACHA does not store any credit card numbers.
All prices shown on the PACHA website, are including VAT in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to other delivery address, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.
Please note that in case of an order is shipped to your delivery address, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that PACHA has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, PACHA cannot predict their amount. PACHA advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders made in another person’s name without the person’s consent, will be reported to the authorities. PACHA holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel PACHA to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
In case of ordering a gift to a person without the person’s consent, the order must be paid via Credit/Debit Card. PACHA has no responsibility of the shipment product if not accepted by the giver. If the product is not accepted by the giver, the product must be returned to PACHA. No refund or replacement is done in that case to the receiver.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
PACHA ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. You do not have the right to cancel your order upon delivery.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is not your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with PACHA either by email, direct message or PACHA official Instagram account.
All products remain in PACHA property until full payment is made.
When shopping with PACHA we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase PACHA treats all personal information confidential.
PACHA has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be the product official demonstration shoot only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 7 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service via Email available on our website. Please supply the order number available on the purchase invoice, the reason for complaint and a photo of the product and we will get back to you shortly. Defective products must be returned to PACHA to perform the replacement.
PACHA should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. PACHA has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a replaced product of the same value. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, PACHA will send the product back to the customer.
PACHA bears no direct or indirect responsibility for errors in connection to delivery example, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
PACHA shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by PACHA or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of PACHA.
PACHA website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. PACHA does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
All frauds are reported to the authorities and PACHA reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
